All our Consultants are industry-trained specialists, having had extensive 'hands-on' experience across a diverse range of Lift and Escalator / Moving Walk equipment. We have all previously held various Technical Field positions, as well as Senior Management roles, with some of the major global elevator manufacturing companies including Boral Elevators, KONE Elevators, Otis Elevator Company, Schindler Lifts, Johns and Waygood Limited and TK Elevator, both locally and internationally.
Our team brings together a combined industry experience of 500+ years, with 100+ years of specialist VT consultancy experience and in our 13th Year in business!
Basic Lift & Escalator Training
All Lift, Escalator or Moving Walk equipment reach a stage where they require upgrade or replacement. LML have successfully managed the upgrade of hundreds of units. We provide a brief sample below of some recent projects.
Module 1
Common Lift/Escalator/Moving Walk terms.
Module 2
Attendees will learn about the various Lift systems from Machine-Room-Less, Machine Room, Hydraulic, (Destination Control Systems), Escalators and Moving Walks.
Module 3
Attendees will learn about geared, gearless, Machine-Room-Less and machine room equipment and their typical applications.
Module 4
Attendees will receive a broad overview of the major VT components when it comes to maintenance and the expectations of the users / Owners.
Module 5
Review of any VT Contracts which RP Infrastructure have in place to assist with contract management.
General Discussion: Any questions from RP Infrastructure staff can be raised.
